Getting ready for Oscar
As of yesterday, the only nominee I have left to watch is the Avatar movie but I’ll have to visit a theater for that one and devote 3+ hours of my time to it. So stand by for my final Top 10 list. But in the meantime, I’m also watching some of the Best Acting noms. The Whale was powerful, with an interesting and unique set of troubled characters. Seriously a tear jerker as it poked many of my soft spots.
And today, I watched:
The Elephant Whisperer

Friday, March 3
Blonde
Saturday, March 4
Oscar nominated animated short films with James at Angelika Mosaic
Sunday, March 5
Living
All That Breathes
Haulout

All the Beauty and the Bloodshed

Marcel the Shell with Shoes On
Tuesday, March 7
Causeway
Avatar: The Way of Water
Wednesday, March 8

House Made of Splinters
Fire of Love
And these… I didn’t get to, not interested in, they weren’t available yet.
