sealed with a kiss, or not
I just don’t get it. Well, I do, in regards to pouts wanting to break the USPS so he can say the election was rigged and litigate and stay in power until kingdom come, which will happen sooner rather than later (kingdom come) if he stays in power.
But what about saving a service that allows me to get my prescriptions mailed to me during a pandemic? Or letters to our service members serving in countries of war and far from home? Or even mail-in votes for elected officials from parties that I support, or not?
The USPS has impressed me since I was old enough to know about them. Sure, people complain about the ever increasing postal rates. And sometimes their slow service when you’ve forgotten a family member birthday and hope that your late card will magically arrive in time to your favorite relative or friend’s home.
But despite any down sides, the USPS is an institution that I’m proud of in our country. And now, pouts is trying to add this institution to the list of institutions he has destroyed.
I’ll find some really great things to be grateful about today. But the thought of a USPS being destroyed because pouts can’t face his loss in the upcoming election breaks my heart.
